We have 
tamed animals walking freely on the ranch.Kudu, Duiker, Porkupine, Warthog, Mongoose and Bush baby's.
Beautiful photographs can be taken on close range!
Relax in the pool after a long hunt or during the heat of the day. A true African tan can be obtained within a few days.


Hunting takes place throughout the year. The most popular time is in the winter from May to August. Chalets are fully equiped, with air conditioning.

We have the following species of animals on the ranch.
Eland, Blue wildebees, Impala, Kudu, Baboon, Gemsbok, Duiker, Warthog, Steenbok.

Huntable bird species include: Guinea fowl and Francolin.

Although not always present, we sometimes get Lion, Leopard and Hyena on the farm. Our rates are good, and the packages even better!!

The prefured method is bow hunting but rifle and revolver hunts can also be done.

Hides is as natural as possible to blend into the suroundings.

Bow hunting is fun and a real adrenalin rush!

The farm is situated in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Almost 540km from Johannesburg International. Close to the Botswana / Zimbabwe borders and approximately 30km from the Limpopo river.

Mapungubwe is a Argiological National Park and is 18km away (as the crow flies) Kruger National Park is just over 200km from Kudu Rest Camp.

We are situated 20km from a Lion farm and day visits can be done at an additional fee.
The climate is very hot. Temperatures exceed 35 degrees celsius in summer and drops to a very mild 20 degrees celsius in winter.

Rainfall can be erratic, from 250mm to 700mm per year.
In 2000 we received over 1200mm of rain. Rainfall like this is caused by cyclones in the Mozambican channel.
